Why should I use Ohio Computer Medix over the competition?
We are experienced, honest, and factory trained. We complete repairs more efficiently than other facilities. Beware of facilities offering lower hourly rates as they may bill you more hours to compensate for the lower rate. At OCM we do not charge anything to look at the computer or to diagnose the problem. We have been in the computer repair business for over 12 years and we promise fair, honest business practices.
What is your warranty?
All our repairs are backed with a 60 day parts and labor warranty. Some parts, such as hard drives, may have a longer warranty through the manufacturer.
What brands do you repair?
We repair all major brands such as Hp, Compaq, Gateway, Toshiba, IBM, Dell, Sony, Apple etc.
Can you guarantee you can fix my computer?
We can fix all of the machines we see. However, there are situations where we must replace a major component rather than repair the existing part due to nature of the failure. If this is the situation, unit replacement may be more economical. We will provide an estimate so you can determine whether it is worth repairing.
What is your typical turn-around time for repairs?
Typically we diagnose in one business day. We will provide an estimate via email or phone call. Once we receive authorization to complete the repair, we will finish the unit within 24 hours if we have the part.
